Your MC for the evening is none other than local boy done good - Rich Purpura. A veteran entertainer on the cruise ship circuit for over 40 years. Though currently residing in Florida, Rich will return to the Chicago-land area especially for our event and your amusement. We are delighted to have him host the evening’s entertainment.

Mike Toomey is a regular performer on WGN Morning News. Mike has appeared in concert with such names as George Carlin, Wayne Newton, Crosby, Stills & Nash, and Reba McIntyre. He has performed on numerous television programs including; HBO’s U.S. comedy Arts Festival in Aspen Colorado; MTV’s Half Hour Comedy Hour; and A&E’s Comedy on the Road. With his sharp delivery, quick wit, and unique style, Mike Toomey has been a favorite at comedy clubs and special events since 1982.

William Pack is a Chicago-born magician, storyteller, author, and internationally-recognized magic historian. Excelling in magic, William had the opportunity to teach actor Will Smith sleight of hand for his portrayal of Muhammad Ali in the film, Ali. You can visit him at: veryfunnymagic.net

Richie Minervini is one of the top comedy club acts touring today. He has worked every comedy club across the U.S. His TV appearances include “Live with Regis and Kathie Lee” and “The King of Queens”. He has recently been seen in the following movies: Mall Cop 1, Mall Cop 2, Zookeeper, Grown Ups and Grown Ups 2. Richie has been the opening act for Kevin James and Ray Romano in Las Vegas. Bill Weimer started his magic career in 1977 at Little Bit O’ Magic, the first of many Chicago magic bars and restaurants he has worked, entertaining tens of thousands of Chicagoans and Chicago visitors over the years. He is the author of the book Now You See Them, Now You Don’t – my life at the magic bars of Chicago, detailing his experiences there and at various Midwest area comedy clubs. His close-up magic, behind the bar or at your table, is a memorable event filled with laughter and miracles.
