The Bits and Pieces name was used to help illustrate all of the small parts that go into a much larger endeavor. Stepping stones to something greater. How one idea connected to another eventually creates a work of art - performing art, since it’s not a static, but a moving masterpiece.
It all started when…
Marc was always a huge fan of the performing arts of all types since his first introduction to story based puppet shows, provided by The Melikin Puppets. He even performed a magic act for his classmates in grade school.
His skills as a sculpture, visual artist, actor, and puppeteer (marionette variety), enhanced his appreciation that delivering quality performances required the proper tools.
Part of our mission is to make these lessons both affordable and accessible for like minded individuals of all ages.
We like to say “ages 6 - 106” are welcome.
(Younger artists are also welcome, but will need parental assistance)
