BITS and PIECES Celebrates Dia de Los Muertos

We partnered with Our Lady of the Snows Elementary school to offer an after school project on October 29th featuring a puppet - style Sugar Skull.

In honor of Dia de Los Muertos or Day of the Dead, a traditional day of remembrance for dearly departed loved ones, those in attendance fashioned a 3 dimensional paper calavera.

The craft project was conducted by MDFPA with the assistance of the Our Lady of the Snows art teacher Elizabeth Real.
