If you took part in the MAGIC & PIZZA workshop presented by MDFPA at Danny’s Pizza on July 10th, 2023 then please consider this.
We are hosting a competition between those who attended. Hopefully you have kept up your training.
The idea is this...
* Let us know if you’re interested in competing? If so, then keep practicing until you think you’re ready.
* You want to show off your mad skills! Make a 3 minute video of you performing one of the effects you have learned since the workshop.
* You want to win 1st Place! Be prepared to be smooth, clear and super - confident

You know there has to be a judge to evaluate all of that great talent out there.
Here are some tips to remember…
💥 Create a great story to go with your effect! Put on your thinking cap and dream up something interesting. Very important!!
💥 Keep your video to no more than 3 minutes. You should be able to do this without any trouble, but practice and time yourself. ⏱
💥 Practice - Practice - Practice! The more you practice, the more confident you’ll be. It’ll just happen - like magic!
***Video needs to be clearly audible, great image and steady. If it doesn’t look good to you, then the judge(s) will feel the same way.

Once all videos have been received we will begin the evaluation. A judge or judges will assess the videos and look for the qualities mentioned above. This is how you will be rated. The 1st Place winner will be announced within 3 days of receiving all of the video entries.
The winner receives a $50 Danny’s Pizza Gift Card, a trophy commemorating the victory, and more.
Mom and /Dad will receive a Target Gift Card for taking the time to bring their child out in the first place and allowing them to follow their dream.
